To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the return period, provide your order number and reason for the return, and follow the return instructions provided by our team. Products must be returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products returned outside the return period may not be eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on products that show signs of misuse or damage not caused by shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to this policy.
